A colonial-inspired original.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Aged Revere Rum
• ½ oz Applejack
• ½ oz maple syrup
• ½ oz fresh lemon juice
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Directions

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add Aged Revere Rum, Applejack, maple syrup, lemon juice, and bitters. Stir until well chilled, then strain into a rocks or Old Fashioned glass.

Optional Garnish

Thin apple slice or a light dusting of freshly grated nutmeg.
